Upon receipt of the customer's drawings, we promptly initiated modifications to facilitate mold production. Over the course of a week, we diligently made continuous adjustments and sought confirmation until the final version was ultimately approved. Making molds is an intricate and challenging process that demands meticulous attention to detail and advanced technology. From the moment the drawings are confirmed, our team of skilled engineers begins a 30-days production process. It is very importance of testing the mold to ensure that the resulting eraser meets the customer's specifications. Without this critical step, the mold would be nothing more than a decorative item lacking practical value. We performed tests on the 6-color eraser production line, but the initial pattern failed to materialize. However, through continuous modification and mold testing, we were able to produce erasers that met the customer's satisfaction. This process requires 5 days and is detailed in the attached picture.
