Our Ugandan customer recently placed an order for 72 nylon wheels to be kept as spare parts. These wheels are essential for their operations, and they wanted to ensure that they have a sufficient stock on hand to avoid any disruptions. To meet their needs, we decided to manufacture a new batch of these wheels, adhering to the original dimensions that have proven effective for their machinery.
In addition to maintaining the original specifications, we took this opportunity to enhance the quality of the wheels. We upgraded the material to cast nylon, a superior choice compared to the previously used material. Cast nylon offers several advantages: it is known for its excellent wear resistance, which means the wheels will last longer even under demanding conditions.
