A full production line including the following machines: a 6-color eraser extruder, water cooling tank, hauling machine, and cutting machine. Let me introduce its:

No.1: eraser extruder: adopt up and down structure design, significantly reduce the operation space and workers operate more convenient. Total have 20 heating rooms, precisely control the temperatures; using high temperature heating screws, through this process, the screws more harder and will have longer lifetime. Stainless steel heating ring, faster heating than ceramic heating ring, and reduce more electric consumption. Both air and water cooling system ensure accurate temperature control. Then extrude high quality TPR erasers.

Water cooling tank length total have 4 meters, the eraser can cool down completely, the erasers haven’t deform anymore.

The third machine is eraser hauling machine, provide stable traction can maintain the eraser’s outside shape, equip a sensor to achieve automatic speed  control.

The finally machine is the eraser cutting machine. Setting required length to the PLC, then machine cut it. This machine have high cutting precision, fast speed, and easy operation for worker,
