The whole wire drawing line is mainly composed of wire pay off frame, wire drawing machine, wire take up machine, butt welding machine, pointing machine and etc.
The working process is as follow: Wire pay off >> Descaling >> Wire drawing >> Wire take up. Butt welding machine is used to weld the broken wire when drawing and pointing machine is used to sharpen the inlet wire, let it go easily through the drawing die.
The wire drawing machine is suitable for drawing the high & low carbon steel wire, with inverter control system to assure high speed & stable operation. The client can get different diameter wire by changing wire drawing die.
