Yes. The machine can be designed for a specific mesh size within the range of 50x70 mm to 176x200 mm, as per customer request.

pls refer the parameter form in our proposal and make sure the machine produce right wire diameter

Because of feeding wire from pay off is finished or wire broken ,the hole will appear in the net.

We could cut one short wire and netting the hole part by hand.

use butt welding machine ,or knot two wire by hand.

1. According to the layout diagram fixing the equipment.

2. Prearrange the payoff frames in concordance with the pay off drawing.

3. Connect to the Main switch which suite for total power 30KW. We suggest to use 18mm2 copper cable

4. Enough power cord from Main switch to Electric Control Box.

5. One set of 0.8MPA,0.6m3/MIN air compressor.

One forklift, one crane (for loading and unloading, move gabion machine), complete set of tools, include big wire clipper.

We offer gabion machine with 380V three phases , 60HZ, we could change the current to 220V three phased or 440V three phased etc (change different current will have extra cost ).

Total 3 workers , one worker for main machine (check the spiral coiled wire in sleeve, and wire from pay off), one worker for wire spiral coiling machine, one workers for winding machine.

Min. size is 3200mm*1500mm(L/W), customer could send his factory layout we could design and make each machine’s right position

Usually we put around 200KGS wire in each pay off.

Yes, it is used for sharpening the wire, then wire could pass through wire drawing mold.

Descaling is needed before drawing; it is used to remove rust and oxide on surface of wire.

Surely machine can draw different size of wire if you change drawing moulds, but diameter of wire must be within production range of machine.

Changing wire drawing mold is not complicated.

Yes, 1 technician and 1 interpreter will be assigned to coordinate installation, commissioning and training, for around 7 working days, your side will supply the air return tickets, food, accommodation, transportation, communication, insurance, tax (if have) for the technician and the interpreter.

USD80.00/day/person working fee will be paid to them.

It needs at least 7 days to train. You can dispatch your worker to our factory or we dispatch our technician to your factory to train.

The machines have the same warranty if working in two shifts.

Heating Element is 0Cr25Al5 resistance tape, it is about 60~70kg per set of furnace.

It is used to anneal wire after being drawn, which makes wire softer.

If foundation and everything is prepared, time of installation and trial running is about 10 working days. Then it can be put into usage.

Delivery time is subject to machine model and quantity of machine you plan to purchase. Normally it is about 60 days after receipt of your down payment.

The supplier offers two main types: Single Wire Chain Link Fence Machines and Double Wire Chain Link Fence Machines, available in netting widths of 2m, 3m, and 4m.

The Single Wire machine uses 1 input wire with a capacity of 40-120 m²/h, while the Double Wire machine uses 2 input wires with a higher capacity of 80-260 m²/h. The Double Wire machine is more powerful and has a higher output.

Yes. One machine can produce different mesh sizes by changing the mold. One set of mold is provided free of charge; additional molds cost USD 35.00-60.00/set.

The Net Compacting Machine compresses the finished mesh roll, making it thinner and reducing transportation costs. It is an optional accessory, adding an extra USD 1,100.00 - 1,400.00 to the price.

 The process involves: Pay-off feeding wire → Bending wire via pressure wheel & mold → Cooling/lubrication → Rotating mold to form mesh → Cutting wire to preset length → Weaving into mesh → Side locking (curving/twisting edges) → Rolling the finished mesh.

 Standard power supply is 380V/50Hz (customizable). The machines are suitable for galvanized wire, PVC-coated wire, and steel wire. Wire diameter ranges from 1.5-4.5mm for Single Wire and 1.8-4.5mm for Double Wire, depending on mesh size.

Both machine types can produce mesh sizes from 25x25mm to 100x100mm. (Note: Producing 25x25mm requires very uniform steel wire).

For a 2m wide machine, the layout should be at least 8m (L) x 8m (W) x 5m (H). For a 4m wide machine, it should be at least 10m (L) x 8m (W) x 5m (H).

One complete production line can be operated by two people

The machine includes an emergency stop remote controller, allowing workers to stop the machine remotely in case of an emergency.

The side edges can be finished as curved (bent) type or twisted type. You can choose to have both sides the same or one side curved and the other twisted.

The equipment is guaranteed for 12 months after commissioning or 15 months after shipping, whichever occurs first.

The line includes a 6-meter long water cooling tank with a 220mm x 220mm cross-section.

It automatically winds the finished PVC-coated wire onto spools. It handles wire diameters from 0.8-5.0mm and is powered by a 5.5 KW motor.
