Description:
Nail polishing machine is also named Nail Washing machine. It's designed for nails surface treatment. In fact, the machine could remove burrs by high speed roration friction, then make the nails more smooth and brighter. Nowadays, the nail polishing machine become one of the essential process flow of the nail making.
It’s equipped with different box to meet various capacity’s demand.
The process flow of nail polishing:
Put the nails in the polishing machine drums
Add some sawdust/ wood powder/stive in the drums also
Seal the cover plate, keeping rolling for 90 minutes generally
Change the cover plate after 90 min, to wash the powder out
Add the wax with water in the polishing machine drums
Then keep polishing for another 90 min.
Take nails out of the machine
