CANDID BRC mesh welding machine is fully automatic with high speed, we can design and customized it according to client's requirements. An intelligent roll mesh system has been adopted on the basis of the original one,which can adjust the roll mesh speed according to the welding speed of the machine, it will ensure every mesh roll are even and beautiful. Besides, when the mesh roll is bundled, this system will automatically unload the mesh roll, to saving a lot of labor.

Mechanical advantages:

1  You can set the mesh size on touch screen, it will be very simple and convenient. No need to calculate by manual.

2  For cross wire feeding system, we adopt vibration device. It can prevent wire winding.

3  For line wire, it is feeding automatically from coil. For cross wire, it is pre-straightening and cutting.
4  You can adjust the cross wireon screen, and adjust the line wirethrough moving the welding electrode.
5  The total length of mesh roll can be set by on touch screen.
6  For different wire diameter, the wire mesh welding machine can easily adjust the welding current.

A: The mesh size is from 50*50-300*300mm, different diameter can make different mesh size

A: Tianjin port is the nearest sea port from our factory

5.    What is the guarantee?
A: 12 months after commissioning or 18months after shipment. Whichever first is in valid. (it is excluding wear parts. Shipping cost for parts to be replaced during warranty period has to be borne by the customer.)

6.   How to install wire mesh welding machine?
A:  We will offer full set of operation manual and running video for you to reference. You can install it step by step accordingly.

B: If you can not install machine by yourself. 1  technicians  and  1  interpreter will be  assigned  to  coordinate  installation, commissioning and training, for the maximum duration of 15 working days your side will supply the air return  tickets,  food,  accommodation(hotel and  one  day  three  meals),  transportation,  communication, insurance , tax ( if have) for the technicians and the interpreter. USD120.00/day/person working fee will be paid to them.
