1. Drawing oil:

The drawing oil plays the role of lubrication, cooling and cleaning in the drawing process. The main performance parameters to be controlled by the drawing oil are concentration, temperature and PH value.

1.1. Concentration: If the concentration is too high, the cleaning performance of the drawing oil is weakened, the grease consumption is large, the concentration is too low, and the lubrication performance is weakened, which affects the service life of the mold and the surface quality of the copper wire, and even causes wire breakage. At present, the control range of our drawing oil concentration is 15-18% for large drawing, 7-8% for medium drawing, 4-6% for medium and small drawing, 3-5% for small drawing, and 2-3% for micro drawing.

1.2. Temperature: The temperature is too low, the viscosity of the drawing fluid is large, the tower wheel is easy to twist the wire, the cleaning performance is weak, and the lubrication performance is not well played. If the temperature is too high, the lubrication performance of the drawing fluid becomes poor, and the cooling effect is not good. The temperature of the copper wire is high, which affects the service life of the mold and the quality of the product. The temperature control range of our drawing fluid is 30-45 "C.

1.3 PH value: PH value is too high, the drawing fluid is strong in alkalinity, easy to corrode the mold and copper wire, drawing fluid is easy to delaminate, PH value is too low, drawing fluid is acidic, which affects the stability of drawing fluid It is easy to breed bacteria and cause the drawing fluid to deteriorate.

2. Drawing annealing water:

The wire drawing annealing water mainly plays the role of taking away the heat to cool the copper wire after annealing, and at the same time plays the role of water seal anti-oxidation; our current concentration ratio is 0.5-1.0%.
